Such SOPs are completed with photographs and detailed notes on special care points, handling and packing requirements. The SOPs will detail the most effective routing throughout our factory to ensure we utilise the most efficient machinery and tooling. When required, WH Kemp will buy additional machinery and tooling to ensure we bring you the best value Wire Loom products. Testing procedures will be agreed with the customer and our comprehensive range of testing kit programmed accordingly.

Our team aim to work with you through proactive and open communication via video conferencing, through visiting your facilities and / or to work with your engineers in our factory. Through working closely together we ensure the best Wire Harness or Control Panel build solution.

Prior to acquiring WH Kemp in 2012, John’s business career spanned 30 years in the City of London and in Continental Europe; specifically, Switzerland and Hungary. He successfully directed business units within a number of multinationals, in the consumer, retail and engineering sectors. Amongst the companies where John has worked are Wilkinson Sword, Swedish Match, Pharmacia and Tesco. He has also held the position of MD at various manufacturing SMEs. This wealth of business experience, in tandem with John’s personal and open management style, has proved invaluable at WH Kemp in cementing excellent customer and staff relationships. John also holds an MBA from CASS Business School.
